The Genetics of Reproduction Center Professor Alberto Barros is dedicated to the development of pioneering reproductive treatment techniques in Portugal. Prof. Doctor Alberto Barros, director and founder of the Clinic, has a vast curriculum in this area of medicine, making several scientific advances in the treatment of infertility.
The Challenge
The objective of the Center is to answer to a growing demand for infertility treatments. Based on this purpose, an online campaign emerged with the aim of:
. Inform about the need and importance of egg donation.
. Raise awareness of the growing demand for infertility treatments.
. Inform about the procedure for egg donation.
. Recruit contacts from potential egg donors.
. Promote the reputation of the Center for Reproduction Genetics.
The Result
To continue the campaign, it was essential to create a strong motto that clearly translated the objective. After a briefing, the choice made was “Eu Ajudo a Dar Vida – Doar é concretizar sonhos”. In this way, the campaign shows the need to help people who are experiencing infertility problems and who dream of becoming parents.
The website of the campaign managed to achieve high traffic during the sponsored campaigns. These visits were obtained at a cost per click of €0.15, which represents a low value for the investment made and the market in which it operates.
A total of 11.22% of contacts/leads from potential egg donors were obtained, of which 53% were referred for a first appointment and 32% successfully started the process for egg donation.
