Viana do Castelo is European City of Sport 2023. With an amazing Atlantic coastline that offers the best conditions for the practice of water sports, the city was the honourable winner of this title.
Characterized by the will to fight and win, the people of Vianna are national references in various sports, an inspiration for the city and for all sports fans. Nautical activities have been the big bet in Viana do Castelo in the last few years – surfing, kitesurfing, rowing, sailing and canoeing have raised the territory to Nautical City, presenting all the requirements for the training and valorization of athletes in these sports.
For Blisq, the pride could not be greater for belonging to a city that has athletes and sportspeople winners who raise the name of Viana to the highest level.
Knowing that Viana’s sports activity goes far beyond competitiveness and is lived and felt daily by practitioners of various sports, Blisq is pleased to support institutions and associations that every day contribute to the valorization of sports in the city. Cycling, mountain biking, soccer, paddle tennis, kitesurfing, futsal, fencing, rowing, hockey, athletics and tennis are some of the categories that count on our support.

We have always believed in the premise “don’t question if your dreams are crazy; question if they are crazy enough” that gave motto to Nike’s famous sports campaign, and we are sure that it is in the biggest daydreams, but also in the ability to believe and fight, that lies the secret to our teams’ success. To them and to all the associations that honor the sport of Viana do Castelo, our biggest thanks – we will continue to support and give them a standing applause!
